The app wont work for ipod touch 4g

Hi regards this problem that i had ,
The app wont run after i purchase it, when i click on ok after ive download it the app crash and when i open it back and click again its say my internet is offline while it isnt hope the development team do something about this thing or refund me as the app wont run on my device,deduction has already been made but the app wont run properly, i have contacted your team through email but sadly there is no reply from you guys. It has been three day from the time and i hope to hear a reply from you guys soon.
